Welcome to Furnimakers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Furnimakers provides custom furniture design, manufacturing, and delivery services. All custom orders are subject to:

  • Design approval by the client before production begins
  • Payment terms as outlined in the quotation
  • Manufacturing timelines that may vary based on complexity
  • Material availability and supplier lead times

3. Orders and Payment

When placing an order with Furnimakers:

  • A 50% deposit is required upon design approval to commence production
  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or installation
  • All prices are in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit cards, and approved online payment platforms
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced

4. Custom Orders

Custom furniture orders are made specifically for each client. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without incurring additional costs. Clients will receive detailed drawings and specifications for approval before production commences.

5. Delivery and Installation

Furnimakers offers delivery and installation services:

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change
  • Clients will be notified of any delays as soon as possible
  • Installation is included within the local service area
  • Clients must ensure adequate access and space for delivery and installation
  • Risk passes to the client upon delivery or installation completion

6. Warranty

All furniture manufactured by Furnimakers comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by improper care or maintenance.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has commenced. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for inspection and resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications created by Furnimakers remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs for any purpose other than the commissioned furniture piece.

9. Limitation of Liability

Furnimakers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

Furnimakers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
